Coskie
Dear Ram guy, I seem to be getting more and more errors lately and all evidence points to the RAM. The error that I get most often is "The instruction at '0x2418fcf5' referenced memory at '0c00e79530.' The memory could not be 'read'." though I notice that the hex codes change from error to error. Another error I have been getting is that when I play processor intensive games such as "Counterstrike: Source" or "Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth" the screen will artifact and everything will be pixelized in large boxes. It usually kicks me out of my game and freezes my computer. The memory read error posted above also only happens during intensive games. Please, ram guy, help me fix this problem. Thank you, Cory
Wired
Memory errors can be virtual memory, not physical memory. Test one stick at a time using memtest in the same slot.
