KamD Posted November 28, 2021 Share Posted November 28, 2021 I have had the Dark Core RGB Pro Se for over 2 months now and I play on Xbox one and I noticed that whenever I try to edit my builds the mouse acts like I single click, (Fortnite). Like if I hold down the mouse button it lets go of the build even though I am still holding down the left click. I had reset the mouse but I don’t know how to fix it. I don’t have my receipt because I lost it so is there a way I could still get it replaced. Corsair if you can help me then that would be nice. To reset a Dark Core RGB/SE: Set the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to OFF. Hold down the Forward and Back side buttons. Hold holding down the side buttons, set the power switch to ON. If resetting your mouse doesn't fix the issue, reach out to Technical Support via a ticket for further assistance. To ensure that we provide aid as quickly and accurately as possible, make sure to include the following information when creating a ticket: The specific model of your mouse The part number of your mouse (starts with CH- and is found on the cable tag of a wired mouse and the underside of a wireless mouse) A photograph of the sticker so we can verify your part number Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nessykins Posted November 29, 2021 Share Posted November 29, 2021 I have also recently been having a problem with the left button on my Dark Core in that I can't drag items with it whilst gaming.
