ElPaps7w7 Posted November 28, 2021 Share Posted November 28, 2021 Hi, I had a problem today, and it is that today I woke up like any other day, I turned on my computer and I realized that the mouse did not turn on the LEDs, nor was it detected by Windows or anything. The only thing I see when I connect is the red light below but with a very very low tone. It's too weird because it stopped working overnight, yesterday I played halo infinite and everything quiet, I did not download or update absolutely anything, I did not drop it or anything like that. It should be noted that I have tried several things, such as, disable and enable or uninstall drivers. A reset to the mouse by pressing the back button with a pin. Press the left and right button and connect the mouse. Nothing yet. I already sent a ticket but they still haven't answered me. And that is why I made this publication to see if they could solve me as soon as possible since this is really something that is making me disappointed in the corsair brand, since I have been using the mouse for 1 year and I have it in perfect condition and I never had given a failure.
