K65 Mini, Hardware and Software key assigments don't share library?

My question is why are the software and hardware key assignments library are not shared? I am setting macros up and I want them to work whether or not I am in software mode and hardware mode, but I have to make them all twice, instead of just adding them from the library. On top of that, the hardware neither assignments library even work. Whenever I import something from the library it removes the assigned keys and only remembers the output.
