Thresher Posted May 20, 2005 Share Posted May 20, 2005 I've been trying to check my RMA status by telephone, and after 15 minutes on the phone, I've yet to find an extension that directs me to a live rep(the RMA extension directs me to a message from someone on maternaty leave...then the extension the message says to call is "not valid"). My RMA # is R79594. I Next-Day'd it on Monday, and I haven't heard anything since. I'd like to know when I'll be getting my ram back... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 21, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 21, 2005 Your RMA was processed yesterday so we ship all RMA's 3 day UPS so you should have the new modules by the 24th or 25th.
