Then, I think a firmware and possibly a driver update was pushed and now my device is listed incorrectly (different model showing), and the lighting (including the Charge LED) is not working. Incorrect model seems stuck on HS70. Have tried resetting the dongle Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the device Currently running iCue 4 software. Hey cminchau, sorry you're having trouble - besides a clean reinstall of everything as well as suggesting a hard/forcing a firmware update after that - can you please provide the iCUE software version number as well as USB dongle fireware version numbers as well?
