Asus Motherboard not detected by iCUE

Hello I´m pretty new to the RGB game and I need help. I own an Asus Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi Motherboard. Now I want to sync the RGB up with my Corsair Ram and Fans (connected by a Lightning Node Core). However despite following the instructions on the official Corsair Site (Installing Amoury Crate, Enabling in game lightning effects, Open up iCue) iCue just won´t detect my motherboard.

Does Someone experienced the same problem and knows what to do?

In the CUE settings, make sure “enable plugins” is set to on. That is what enables CUE to talk with Aura/Armory Crate.

What CUE 4 version are you using?

It's under the "Customize Dashboard" button,

The motherboard dashboard display (on/off) will be separate from the RGB software plugin found in the settings.  You can disable the RGB communication and still have the motherboard sensor data.

  • 5 months later...

Amoury Crate and icue have a difficult relationship. To avoid conflicts, try going into services.msc, find the Amoury Crate entry, and set it to delay start. This allows icue to load first and grab the icue hardware first.
