HS60 mic doesn't work

My corsair headset used to work fine, but yesterday it stopped working when I came back to my computer (it stopped working while the pc was on). The mic instead of picking up what I am saying, plays a buzzing sound through my headset. When I go to audio settings in Windows 10, it says the input is Conexant usb audio, and the output is a conexant usb speaker. Whenever I plug in or unplug the headset, the options correspondingly appear or disappear. When I go to install the corsair drivers, it says no device detected. I think it may be because the headset now thinks it is conexant.
