HS80

Just recently the hs80 model, can someone tell me how this audio works because when the surround sound was run through the icue software it worked fine but with the integration of Dolby own version its sounds as if i have stereo audio with half surround sound...hope it makes sense

Hello Reqzl., I'm sorry you are experiencing these issues, please go ahead and make a support ticket so we can help you further.

Also, if possible, please look into this forum thread (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/171783-hs80-microphone-volume-is-low/) and consolidate your question/post in there as well, as there are other users who are also experiencing similar issues to yours. There may be some information you can takeaway from there.

Hey FRdeltafat, sorry you are experiencing these issues. Did you say you already sent in a support ticket? 

The team for the headset know of the issues mentioned here and are looking into it. Make sure to keep looking and following the https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/171783-hs80-microphone-volume-is-low/ thread as we have other Corsair employees helping there as well.
