iCue Macro Spam Lagging

I'm trying to use the iCue macro to spam skill in game, my intention is simples: I want to hold a key, like "F2", and I want the macro to Spam: "F2 + Left Click" until I'm holding F2, just like that.

 

I wrote the macro like this:

 

It's a simple macro, but my problem is: the software is lagging a lot, I didn't put any delay between each spam, but even with some delay like 10 ms, the lag is tremendous, like 500ms, sometimes just freezes.

 

Is there any way to solve that?
