I have an Aorus x570 Elite Wifi M/B and filled the RAM with Corsair DDR4

Initially I ordered a matched pair 2x  CORSAIR LPX Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz. Unfortunately the Chinese supplier was misleading in the advertisement as I received 2 separate modules, not matched. The part number for these were CM4X16GD3200C16, LPX Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz, Samsung 16bit chip.

Just now I ordered a matched pair, 2 x CORSAIR modules came in single box, The part number for these were CM4X16GC3200C16 LPX Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz, Micron 8bit chip and these are matched.

Aorus x570 Elite Wifi M/B memory config shows.

So I have the configuration as follows.

CM4X16GC3200C16  DRAM Chip tech 8Gbit DRAM MFG ID Micron config (SLOT A1)  (the SPD info says Module organization: Double sided)
CM4X16GD3200C16  DRAM Chip tech 16Gbit DRAM MFG ID Samsung config (SLOT A2) (the SPD info says Module organization: Single sided)
CM4X16GC3200C16  DRAM Chip tech 8Gbit DRAM MFG ID Micron config (SLOT B1) (the SPD info says Module organization: Double sided)
CM4X16GD3200C16  DRAM Chip tech 16Gbit DRAM MFG ID Samsung config (SLOT B2) (the SPD info says Module organization: Single sided)

**My question is, what is the difference between the 16bit Samsung chip and 8bit Micron. The only differences are part number (has a C or D), and Samsung 16Bit or Micron 8Bit. Which is better? and will I have any performance issues with different 8/16bit chips.
