Voice prompt defaults to "Off" despite being set to "on" after system reboot.

ICUE Voice Prompt defaults to off despite actually being on after a system reboot, causing profile switching to beep when swapping profiles via Alt tabbing, etc. Going into ICUE afterward shows prompts as on. Turning them off then on again fixes the issue until the next reboot or the software is shutdown and restarted.
