morgus
I bought a PC last year from monarchcomputer.com with TWINX1024-3200LLPro (two CMX512-3200LLPro). It worked GREAT...for almost an entire year. I started having some issues, the PC wouldn't POST. So during the course of trouble shooting, I determined one stick in particular was bad. The PC will not post with both sticks in, it will post with only one stick in but not the other. I've tried all supported slots and possible combos but that 1 stick will not allow the PC to POST. I even have another PC I tried the RAM in to see if maybe it was my mobo (K8T Neo-FIS2R) but the bad stick failed to POST on the other PC as well. After realizing the RAM had lifetime warranty, the support page said this is the first step in the process of getting my dead stick replaced and obtaining an RMA#...hope I'm doing this correctly. :D: Thanks

morgus
After reading closer the steps for RMA, I sent monarchcomputers an email. They issued an RMA and are going to replace the RAM. If something doesn't work out...as Arnold says, "I'll be back" Thanks :sunglasse

If something doesn't work out...as Arnold says, "I'll be back" Thanks :sunglasse Well the guy from monarch just called and they don't have this RAM in stock and won't get it until the middle of June. So if I cannot come to a satisfactory arrangement with them, ala getting a different comparable set, I may need to finish what I started here. Just a headsup Thanks *cheers*
