serial and part numbers corsair case.

hi my 5000D airflow door exploded and i contacted support but i need some serial and part numbers  the problem is i cant find them anywhere, i found only some code on the top of my case but it doesnt seem to be it. apperciate the help!

i doubt the cases will be serialized..

for the PN you can find them on the corsair website if you search your 5000D airflow
