Harpoon Connection Question

Im wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing these issues.

 

When I switch from my Linux install to my Windows install (dual boot) my mouse no longer works unless I disconnect the dongle and plug it back in. Also a similar issue happens when I use Bluetooth when switching back to Windows I have to remove the mouse from Bluetooth and pair it again before it will work, everything seems to work fine when plugged in via USB cable.

Any ideas as to what the issue could be I have tried fresh installs of both Linux and Windows (10 and 11) and issue still seems to be there, it happens even with iCUE software installed and up to date.
