What happened to your customer service Corsair

My H100i SE stopped working a few weeks ago. Reached out to you guys on the 27.10.21 and here we are on the 10.11.21 2 weeks later and I am still no where near getting a replacement and the broken H100i is still here. Email support is so slow, I reply back and I get a response a few days later. Given up now and bought a Noctua cooler as I need my computer running. Its been 2 weeks now and I imagine another 2-3 weeks before I get a replacement as I still haven't been sent a new one or been given a label/RMA to send this one back yet.

You guys need to sort this out, your products are good but this level of customer service is not.
