Xazur
According to Corsair's compatibility chart the 2 psu cables should be compatible, and I checked that it matches for the main power connectors but I noticed the pinout for the sata power was different even though it also states it's compatible. The one on the left is axi and the other is hxi, I am using the axi cables in the hxi. Does this have a negative impact? LeDoyen
the center pins, up, or down are +5V. It doesn't matter 🙂
LeDoyen
i can't edit.. i believe the AX1200 has a different pinout altogether, don't plug:! don't plug ! alarm ! Edit :Â the pinout is totally different. Only the 24 pin cable is useable on an HXi (Type 3), all the rest should be discarded https://www.corsair.com/fr/fr/psu-cable-compatibility Edited November 10, 2021 by LeDoyen
