treaty
Is there any way to leave the USB slots on when the computer is powered off (not just Sleeping)? I need to charge wireless devices while the PC is off. My last PC did this, but my new VENGEANCE a7200 does not. MSI B550-A PRO motherboard. I cant find BIOS settings to enable this. Is it possible? Corsair Employees Corsair Mordred Posted November 10, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 10, 2021 Hey @treaty Once you reach the BIOS screen -- you should be able to toggle the Advanced Mode with F7. From there you're looking for the Power Management sub menu - and to toggle any ErP or "USB Standby at S4/S5" modes Hope this helps!
treaty
Thanks for the hint @mordred. For reference, there is no "USB Standby Power at S4/S5" setting in this BIOS for some reason. In case anyone else comes across this, you have to change these two settings: 1. Bios > Advanced Settings > Disable ErP 2. Bios > Advanced Settings > Wake Up Event Setup > Enable Resume By USB Device
