iCue reports coolant temp of 0° +/-

My H150i Elite Caplellix just started reporting coolant temps that are obviously wrong 0° Celsius +/- 1°. Latest version of iCue and latest firmware on cooler. 

 

Any recommendations on what to troubleshoot?

Are you running any other monitoring programs that access the Commander Core?  Common examples are HWiNFO and AIDA.  This accounts for the bad data for the majority of people.  If there are no other programs in play, try a quick repair install of CUE from the Windows Settings -> Apps menu.  This will not erase any profiles or settings but often helps clean up weird issues.  

 

If neither of those work, turn on debug logging in the CUE settings and then contact Corsair Support.  I have not seen any other reports like this, so it may be be hardware or a yet to be discovered software issue.

Thanks for the tips, it was working fine for over a week, just started doing it this morning.
