Besides checking on your iCUE version (Release Notes section: https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/). Please look at this thread too and since if any of the suggestions of c-attack could help you (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/173796-h115i-platinum-has-little-to-no-blue-lighting/#comment-1004545).
