Advices for EVGA 980 Ti Hydro Copper cooling

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I've just bought a GPU "evga 980 Ti Hydro Copper" and i have no idea which cooling system to use. My processor (AMD ryzen 7 3700x) is cooled by a Cooler Master Hyper 212. Is it necessary to replace it with a Corsair Hydro X type watercooling so that the graphics card can also be connected to the cooling system or is there an all-in-one watercooling for GPUs?

Thanks for your advices

You will need custom water cooling for the gpu. You can’t and likely would not want to mount an AIO to that model gpu. It is not necessary to have the gpu and cpu in the same cooling system, but if you have to add a pump/reservoir, radiator and tubing for it, you may wish to get a cpu block as well.
