K95 RGB Platinum Keyboard Problem Solution

I discovered a workaround. When I loaded the latest iCue (Ver 4) it showed setups storeed in the keyboard, but I could not remove them. The Clear All button was greyed and non-functional,  Attempts to erase the stored settings caused the software to hang as it took forever to clear any slot.

Solution:

I uninstalled version 4 and installed Version 3. In version 3, I was able to clear out the stored hardware key settings. Then I uninstalled Version 3 and reinstalled Version 4, and now Version 4 is working correctly.
