RandomPCGamer1234 Posted October 20, 2021 Share Posted October 20, 2021 If I plug the usb surround adapter into my computer it is seen as "Unknown USB Device). I have tried version 4 and 3 of ICUE, neither changes the result. Headset was working fine until Oct 17. I can use the headset plugged into the audio plug but I do prefer using it through the usb adapter. I bought the headset on Amazon in Feb. of this year.
