Hey everyone,

We've got a refresh of our highly esteemed Magnetic Levitation fans! Some of you may recognize the anti-vortex vanes, but that's not the only improvement! Here’s a few quick highlights:

  • Featuring CORSAIR AirGuide Technology, anti-vortex vanes concentrate airflow directly onto your components - perfect as an intake or radiator/heatsink fan.
  • Magnetic levitation bearing and translucent, silent fan blades coincide to provide the best cooling performance at low noise levels whilst allowing vibrant RGB lighting to distinctively shine through
  • Wide array of options to match your system - from sizing, black or white frame, to RGB or static lighting.

Click on the following for more information: ML RGB ELITE and ML LED ELITE for more information. We’ve put together a quick FAQ below.

Q: Are these the same fans on the ELITE CAPELLIX coolers?
A: While the ELITE CAPELLIX coolers have ML RGB fans, these ML ELITE fans are not identical. However, you may freely add these fans to your COMMANDER CORE without any issue! The ML RGB ELITE fans come with our ELITE LCD coolers.

Q: What are the benefits of magnetic levitation bearings with these fans?
A: A magnetic levitation bearing dramatically reduces friction, producing lower noise, higher performance, and longer-lasting durability.

Let us know your thoughts and setup ideas - we can't wait to see everyone's builds with these fans!

Hey Corsair people, good to see the already superb ML fans getting a long overdue update. Random question/feature request:

What would happen lighting-wise if a pair of these fans were connected to an H1**i Platinum AIO in place of the shipping ML RGB units? Would only half of the LEDs illuminate, or all eight, or...?

Would it be possible to add an option to iCue's config page (and/or the controller firmware) to fully support these?

These ML Fans are labeled in ICEU 5 as 8-LED series fans, the ML pro's as ML Pro RGB fans, can you change that?
