My HS60 registers as " CONEXANT USB AUDIO" terrible sound and feedback!

2days ago my HS 60 suddenly started making high pitch feedback noises and terrible sound.  I checked ICUE and the headset was not registering.  I checked Device manager and it registers as conexant usb audio.  It will not turn back.  I have tried clean installing ICUE and even rolling back my windows, but nothing changes.  Has anyone got a fix for this??
