K70 RGB - sometimes the "D" key doesn't work

Hello,

Recently the "D" key on my K70 RGB keyboard has started to intermittently not work.  I have attempted the reset, where you remove the usb connections, hold down and keep holding down ESC as you re-connect the USB connections and continue to hold for 5 seconds then release, even doing that the "D" key still sometimes doesn't work, like just now as I was typing the word "doesn't" the d didn't work, I had to hit d a few times to get it to work.
