Corsair RMX 850

Recommended Posts

I recently built my new PC and bought the Corsair RMX 850 gold 2018 model. I installed the PSU with the PSU screws and the PC wouldn't boot (motherboard showed white light for GPU) I did some troubleshooting and turns out when I switched the PSU screws to the case screws there was no issues.

After some troubleshooting, I figured out that the PSU screw that goes into the top right of the PSU is what causes it to not boot (although fans are spinning, RGB on RAM).

My question is should I do an exchange for the PSU or is there no concerns for this? Not sure why the one screw causes my PC to not boot up.
