slow MP500

Hello, 

I have corsair MP500 480GB and use it for 3 years. I have 99.7 TB total host write according Corsair SSD Toolbox. I already update to latest firmware and I attach the current speed below. Is it normal for my case?

And is it safe to perform this tutorial to my nvme Ensuring peak performance for your MP600 M.2 SSD – Corsair . And by the way I never try trimming or any optimization on my nvme.
