M65 RGB ULTRA WIRELESS RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK

Recommended Posts

I got 2 brand new of the above mentioned mice for different PCs and on both mice, the right mouse button is not working, on neither of the PCs. I tried to reset the mice, I installed the latest iCUE, I updated the firmware, nothing helps. I mean ... 2 mice, different PCs ... same issue. Who can help?

+1 for this thread. Just got a brand new m65 rgb ultra wireless and the left-mouse-button does not work. All other buttons work. iCue does recognize the device. Pretty much all other functionality of the device is in working condition but the most important button.

Hi there. Any update? I have 2 dead mice here and don't know what to do. I mean how can that be?

Just got the mouse today and I've got the same issue where the left click doesn't work at all. All other buttons are fine

Tried on 3 different computers and the same on all of them. Have reset the mouse, reinstalled icue, tried via wireless and cabled. I checked in icue just to make sure i didn't have to set the left click to an action, but the left click was not selectable.

Anyone have any updates on their support tickets from Corsair?

The is my ticket number if someone from Corsair can have a look. 2004852721
