Scythe55
Updated the software, but now my RAM stays on during sleep. I cannot find the 'enable software control' tick box anywhere in the new version. I really need to have the RAM shut off when the computer is asleep. Remove the hardware profile layer for your ram and it won't be lit when sleeping?
Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted October 13, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 13, 2021 There is not a specific option to disable software control over the RGB memory when iCUE 4 is open. You will need to utilize the Hardware Lighting option in the iCUE 4 software when the memory is selected, and remove the enabled lighting effect if you wish for the memory RGB to be off when the system is in sleep.
