iCue version v4.16.194

After iCue update, a few of the motherboard sensors are displaying incorrect values. Hwinfo was able to display the temps correctly so the sensors aren't broken.

This is fairly common with the Asus embedded controller.  You sensor numbers (temp #1, #2, etc) shifted on the new install.  216C is a common junk value, along with zero and negative numbers.  Delete the offending sensors and they should not come back.  Try and match what you see with HWiNFO to see which is legitimate.  #7 may also be suspect.  Not likely anything in your case is 21C unless you keep the room very frosty.

I’ll take that back. If your liquid temp is 23C, then 21c could very well be the main “motherboard temp” sensor at idle.  Since it’s typically right near the gpu, you’ll see a large shift during gaming or extended gpu load.
