No Response on RMA request, is this normal?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing lack of response from Corsair technical support when filing an RMA request?

I opened a ticket over a week ago, it was assigned to a support staff member soon after but no reply from them at all. If anyone has any tips on how to get the ball rolling it will be much appreciated.

At the moment it can take 5 to 6 working days for support to contact you. So he should get in touch with you soon. Did you get your request right and got a ticket number?

Hi Muvo, thanks for the help. The ticket was opened under the warranty RMA section and I was given the following ticket number #2004691040.

Hopefully i get a response at the beginning of the week then as its now been 9days without any acknowledgement of it being worked on.
