Difference between RAM Vengeance PRO C3200 & Vengeance PRO E3200

Those are different revisions of the same product line. Revision “C” and Revision “E”.

The E version would have been manufactured later, but that does not mean it's better or some type of improved model.  It most likely means the IC supplier changed and it is a different product with the same specifications.  You would not want to mix E and C together if you don't have to, but C/E may be more compatible with some particular motherboard series.  I would check the approved memory list from the MB maker to see if either is there.  If there is no price difference and one is listed, then it's an easy choice.  If there is a large price difference, then there may be more questions to ask.
