Change scroll wheel function if other button is held

In iCUE 4, I'd like to change my Scimitar Pro scroll wheel function to increase/decrease/mute the volume but only IF another button is held. Are these sort of conditional statements possible?

There is a fundamental issue with what you are asking and is that you CAN'T remap Scroll Up/Scroll Down with Corsair mice in iCUE.
