So you are telling me that a $270.00 wirless headset can not save presets to use on console???? I play on pc and ps5, and I did not know that you could not save the presets that you have made and use them on console???

 

Will there be a Firmware update for this??

If not these badboys are going back to BestBuy.

Hey there pinkfloyd1173, but our VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT High-Fidelity Gaming Headsets currently do not have a way to save presets to use/save on consoles at the moment.

We are always listening to comments on the forums and we appreciate your feedback.

Hello, I have the same issue as pinkfloyd1173, in that I my EQ presets are not carrying over when using the XT's on my PS5.  How can this still be ? Every other major headset manufacturer has this common feature.  Can you'll tell us if you guys are working on this, and will fix this in a firmware update ? I just bought these, and enjoy them other than that nagging issue. My first priority with a headset is sound quality, and I would hate to return these due to the EQ oversight.  Thanks
