Corsair Virtuoso (NON-SE) Is not working any more after updating the firmware on iCUE v4.14.179 (Wireless Mode)

Recommended Posts

Hello, my Corsair Virtuoso (NON-SE) Is not working any more after updating the firmware on iCUE v4.14.179.

My Dongle and Headset are blinking red all the time in wireless mode. Everything is at the latest version on iCUE (Prints attached). I also and reinstalled icue, I did the repair option, used dongle different USB ports and nothing worked.

Apparently reading other topics we need to update the fmw to version 5.2.68 , however, iCUE is not doing it saying that there are no new versions avaiable.

Virtuoso Model: CA-9011186-NA

Virtuoso Dongle Version: 5.5.102

Virtuoso (NON-SE) version: 0.17.149

iCUE v4.14.179

No other Corsair Devices in use

Please, help.

Thanks.

Same problem, after upgrading to the latest dongle firmware today (v.5.5.102), I can not pair the headset to the dongle by wireless, the headset is working normally in USB mode. Also, opening the dongle "Connections" from iCUE does not show the Pair button enabled, is disabled, the dongle is permanently flashing red. Here are my software versions:

iCUE - v.4.14.179

Virtuoso SE dongle - v.5.5.102

Virtuoso SE headset - v.0.17.149
