carls Posted May 16, 2005 Share Posted May 16, 2005 Recently I bought a Value Select VS512MB400 (512 MB) memory module for my MSI K8N Neo FSN motherboard. I worked well for about a week until I started noticing random crashes. I ran memtest86 and got lots of erors (at 128.2 and 128.3 MB). It looks like I have a bad module. I replaced the module with a non-Corsair module and now my computer is running fine - no crashes. Memtest86 also reported zero errors with the other module.
