Lighting node question

Hi all! Looking for more information as to what I need to get so I can sync all the rgb on 18-20 ql 120 fans. All of the fans were bought as a 3 pack so I do have the control boxes that came with them. Will I need to get the pro node or can I just chain all the controllers that came with the fans and achieve the same result? Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

For 20 QL fans, you'll need at least 4 Lighting Node Cores (6 fans each).

You'd be best served getting an internal USB hub if you want to use the LNC's that you have.

Thanks for the reply! I was looking into a USB 2.0 splitter and two 10x fan hubs. I know going this route means they all spin at the same speed which is fine. I do have that many LNC's but I was curious about if I do plug them into the same splitter they will all run the same light pattern instead of going in sequence, correct?

First, you do not want a USB splitter. They are unpowered and will give you grief. Get a powered USB hub - the NZXT one is frequently used.

Now, when you connect the LNC's to the USB hub, each one will be a separate device in iCUE. So you'll be able to configure each one separately.
