Hey there Ball_, what kind of headset is it and what version of iCUE are you on? Also try to do a hard reset/clean reinstallation of the firmware.

Hey there Angie thanks for the response, My headset is the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless High-Fidelity Gaming Headset and I'm using ICUE 4. And how would I do a hard reset to my headset or a clean reinstallation
