snapback5150
So I finally built PC after waiting for some corsair 90 degree adapters to come in.. Long story short, last night 9/14 I finished building my PC with the XD5 kit, which included the CPU block additionally bought the XG7 for 30 series to add the GPU into the loop. Everything got tightened down and felt pretty good and was ready for the fill of the reservoir. Once it was filled I turned the PC on and seen the loop in action and kept filling the reservoir as needed and closed down the fill port and waited for the leak test to finish. Today everything seemed fine so I turned the computer on for the first time it posted! installed windows 10 and I was on my way while everything looked nice and bright inside the case with all the RGB's in action from the QL fans to the CPU/GPU&reservoir. So here is where the issue happened I installed icue software and during installation that's when all 3 components CPU/GPU and reservoir RGB's went out and never returned... I made sure I'm connected to port 6 on copro, LED1, everything is powered on the bump is working properly just no RGB's in the software it doesn't detect anything other than my QL fans. matter fact it doesn't even detect the node pro... Any help would be appreciated.
c-attack
Most Corsair controllers do not have an auto-detect feature. It throws up some rainbows on the first boot, but you must choose the configuration when you load the software so it knows how many LEDs to generate and in what pattern. I can't tell which device you are using for the RGB controller, but assuming the Commander Pro for the pump/block combo, go to Lighting Set-up, then designate the proper channel with Hydro X -> XD5 pump res, then additional layers will be available underneath (+) to add the CPU and GPU. When you go back to the Lighting Effect Ch 1/2 tab, it will know have a UI for each device. If you have fans on RGB channel 2, select the type and number there as well.
