Liam8
Hello everyone, I am wondering if you can help me. I have paired a i9 10th gen with an H150 Pro XT and an ASUS Maximus XIII motherboard. I have connected the AIO into the CPU_FAN connector and I have to disable Q-Fan control via the BIOS. Would anyone have any experience of this as I can't seem to find where I have to change the settings Many Thanks In Advance Liam
c-attack
To lock CPU fan control, set it to “Full Speed” in the EZ-BIOS Qfan control. In the Advanced bios this is done through the monitor tab and selecting “disabled” for cpu fan. These are linked settings and changing one changes the other. No need to do both. Technically you don’t need to do this at all since the H150i XT only has a tachometer wire running to cpu fan. No power or control on that line.
