PatrickStar1987
Hey guys So I just started noticing a static noise on my HS70 pro with my mobile phone, that typical electronic interference noise. Does the noise damage my headset or any electrical stuff? Thanks!
HardcoreGames
The noise is annoying but that is all, should not be happening however suggesting some fault maybe with the wires in the headphones I use Apple and lots of video on how repair their hardware but you may get what on youtube

Corsair Employees Corsair Angie Posted September 22, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 22, 2021 I'm sorry that you both are experiencing these issues. It can be due to multiple things including other interferences from other items such as household appliances (microwaves etc.). If you are both experiencing this, can you both describe what phone(s) you are using and make sure your phones firmware/Bluetooth firmware are updated. Try connecting with it in a space without other electronic items on and move around to other spaces to see if anything changes. If you are still experiencing any issues - you can reach out to our support.
HardcoreGames
I bought several baluns from fleabay and I found they did help a lot RF leaking. The PSU uses ultrasonic as the switching is super quick. Generally that is contained in the PSU and does not affect the hardware. Power cable baluns are more helpful to remove out of phase power.
