Electronic Interference.

I'm sorry that you both are experiencing these issues. It can be due to multiple things including other interferences from other items such as household appliances (microwaves etc.). If you are both experiencing this, can you both describe what phone(s) you are using and make sure your phones firmware/Bluetooth firmware are updated. Try connecting with it in a space without other electronic items on and move around to other spaces to see if anything changes.
