Icue 4 not keeping dashboard layout

Hello

With Icue 4.14.179 and previous version

It almost never happens that the dashboard recalls my layout and just appears empty

On the very rare times it recalls my configuration / layout, it doesn't recall the position or some removed sensors 

 

This issue appears since about 6 months, 

I erased completely icue already twice

Tried the trick to close icue before turning off my computer, and i always close down my pc the clean way 

Its really an annoying bug
