Greetings I just got an HS70 headset for my Birthday last month and have a question about battery monitoring.

Is there an overlay or some persistent on screen display that can allow me to at a glance view the battery charge level of my headset?

Hey there catloverjerryga,

Yes, there is a way to view the battery level of your headset (with iCUE). You can check battery life in the device's settings and enable the "Show Battery Gauge in Notification Area". Here is an example with the Virtuoso below -

After enabling the Show Battery gauge, you may see something similar to this -

Hope this helps.

The previous employee used their Virtuoso Wireless headset to show you how to enable the battery icon for your HS70 in your system taskbar. The steps are exactly the same but the name of the product is different.

As the previous instructions state you will need to open the Device Settings for your headset in the iCUE software and enable the option.

Hey there catloverjerryga - sorry for not answering you back soon enough and thank you Notepad for helping out! I got more pictures and hopefully that can help you -

In this first picture, try clicking on where I circled in red.

After clicking that something like this should pop up - in my example I am currently using my HS80 for this example for you.

Let me know if this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can do too.

So it looks like the version of iCUE you have/are showing me here is actually and older/outdated version - if you update your iCUE then it may be easier to see what I've been showing you in my previous posts. Before updating, click on the DASHBOARD area in that image and tell me what you see there as well.

So what version should I be using?

So yes, I just wanted to confirm that this is an older version. If possible, can you do a clean uninstall and clean up of the older versions and go to our page to download the most recent version (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue). Once you do that, follow the images as I provided above.
