ICue 4.x does not recognize H150i Pro

Hi all,

Upgraded iCue to 4.0 and it doesn't detect the H150i Pro, went back to iCue 3.38.61 and all is fine.

I checked the compatibility list for 4.0 and my cooler is listed.

Any ideas?

Here is the list of iCue devices...

-Commander Pro

-H150i Pro

-4x8GB Vengence RGB pro memory

-RM750i

All works in 3.38 but only the H150i Pro is not detected in 4.x

Hope you can help, or I simply stay on 3.38 which is great, no GPU utilization at all and the CPU usage is very low as well.

Thanks

How is the H150i connected to USB? What motherboard are you using?

Now that is odd. The Z170's were typically OK with the pass-through port on the Commander Pro. In that case, we usually recommend an internal USB hub.

And to confirm - you uninstall iCUE 4 and reinstall iCUE 3 and the cooler is detected in iCUE 3?

I am having the same problem. 4.x does not detect my H110iGT. It is connected directly to the motherboard header.

H110i GT is not supported by iCue 4.xx. See this thread for a list of products that Corsair has abandoned support for. Your AIO cooler is on this list.
