Each software profile can have its own DPI profile, allowing you to change on profile shift. You need to designate the one you want as active within the profile.

and exactlie here is the issue
I activate DPI profile 1 to my software profile A
and activate DPI Profile 2 to my Software profile B

swithing now between Software profile A and B
the DPI profile is set back in both Software Profile to  2

Hmm... it shouldn't do that unless you are connected via Bluetooth which means you are not really connected to the software.  On 2.4 GHz it should allow you to change the DPI for each profile using any combination of same/different DPI settings.  Which wireless mouse do you have?
