GamingSeargent
Hello. I bought a HS70 Pro headset a while ago, but have begun to notice that there is a buzzing noise when: 1. The volume wheel is set to a medium → high level (issue not present when volume wheel is set to low) 2. There is audio playing (Not present when there is no audio) I have tried: - Restarting my computer - Reseting my headset (Turn off, hold mute button for 15-20 seconds, turn headset on) - Force updating the firmware - Updating iCue - Reinstalling iCue - Trying different microphone situtations (like having it plugged in or not plugged in, mic turned on or off, mic sidetone on or off,) - Tryed differenet setups in iCue (auto audio reposistioning on or off, surround sound on or off, different presets) - Tryed different USB ports - Removing / Reinstalling the relevant drivers and things in Device Manager (windows 10) - Cable plugged in / not plugged in (Charging cable, I didn't really expect it to do anything) Has anyone got a solution to this problem? I don't want to have to return the headset, unless required.

Keep an eye on the email address associated with your Corsair account, and we'll be in touch soon. Thank you.
