Today when I was using them, my adapter (sound card included in the box) has been broken, headphones when plugged without the adapter work, so does the microphone, but when the adapter is plugged, microphone does not work, headphones work but every 5 seconds sound stops, and it starts buzzing. If you bought the headset just 9 months ago, then the headset still falls under our 2-year warranty (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033067832-Corsair-Limited-Warranty). Please contact support with these issues so we can better assist you. While other users have found success using third-party/other kinds of adapters, we can't vouch for any due to the variety of adaptors. Not all work the same.
