corsair advanced rma has been returned but still no refund for the Product.

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, sorry if I put it in the wrong place.

Corsair Ticket number ID: #2004496145

We created an advanced rma ticket for my liquid cooling, I sent the product back to you. According to the DHL tracking number, you received it 6 days ago, even though I mentioned it on the ticket, no response was given. Why is the refunded fee still not refundable?
