KeyAssignment>Macro>Advanced>Start_Settings>Lighting???? Only shows None

I would like to add a lighting effect for when I have a toggled macro running.

However, I can not figure out how to add any sort of lighting effect/preset/library/layer in the popup list... all it gives me is None.

Can someone give me some pointers on how to populate the list (where does the list come from?)

See attached png for reference if needed.  It's for a K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard, fyi.

It should pull them from the KB's Lighting Effects list.  It does not have to be an active effect, so you can create on the KB, then toggle it off and it should stil be there for selection.  I suspect it also needs to be a custom effect (wave, gradient, ripple solid).  You don't appear to be able to trigger one of the presets, but I'll keep working on that.  When you click on the text bar (where it says none), it should produce a list.
